Because you want gear that’s built to last, look good, and take abuse.

Because we answer the phone.

Because we give a damn.

That’s why.

Hell no. Our fenders are made right here in the USA at our shop in Seymour, Indiana. No corners cut. No imports. Just real-deal fiberglass with our ArmorCore™ reinforcement — built for truckers, by truckers.

Shipping GIANT ASS fenders sucks. Period.

We do all we can to help with the freight costs and work to keep them low. Two rear fenders on a GIANT pallet takes up a ton of room in a trailer. Freight companies do not like shipping our gear. We work with over 10 freight companies to quote your shipping. We do all we can to be competitive and keep the costs down.

Fender Terminology

ArmorCore is our exclusive, industry-leading reinforcement system built into every Bad Ass Custom Truck Parts fender. Unlike traditional fiberglass, ArmorCore adds serious strength from the inside out — protecting your fender from rocks, road debris, vibration, and flex stress.

This proprietary liner is the reason we can offer a lifetime warranty against spider cracking — something no other fender company can match.

Nobody else builds fenders like this. Period.

ArmorCore is what makes our fenders the strongest, most durable, and most trusted in the industry.

Our fenders are reinforced with ArmorCore, a layered core system that adds strength without extra weight. They’re double-lined at stress points and built to handle heavy installs, gravel yards, and long-haul abuse. No flopping. No cracking. Just solid fiberglass you can count on.

What does fender drop mean?

Fender drop refers to the vertical distance from the top of the fender arch to the bottom edge of the fender. In simple terms, it’s how far the fender hangs down over the wheel.

A larger drop gives the truck a lower, more aggressive look and offers better protection from road spray and debris. A smaller drop keeps things tighter and more functional for stock setups or clearance needs.

For example, a fender with a 6" drop extends 6 inches down from the top of the arch.

Straight Edge fenders have a flat, vertical finish that runs straight down to the ground. It’s a clean, simple look — great for builds that prioritize function or a classic appearance.

Example

Returned Edge fenders feature a rolled-under edge that curves back toward the tire. This adds strength, improves debris deflection, and gives the fender a more aggressive, finished look.

We’ve got two kinds of brackets, both built tougher than a truck stop steak:

Standard Brackets – Mount your fenders solid and steady. They don’t move, don’t wiggle, and sure as hell don’t flex. Just install and roll out.

Flip Brackets – Need to wrench on tires or wheels? These bad boys let you “flip” your fenders up and out of the way like it’s no big deal. More access, less hassle.

Pick your poison at checkout — either way, you’re getting beefy hardware built for the long haul.

A fender with a light box is a custom fender that includes an integrated or molded-in recessed section (the “light box”) designed to mount marker lights, turn signals, or custom LEDs.

All of our fenders come with a high-quality gel coat finish — this is a smooth, durable outer layer applied directly to the fiberglass mold. It protects the raw material and gives you a solid base for your custom paint job.

What you need to know:

Gel coat is not a final finish — it’s designed to be sanded, primed, and painted. A light scuff with 180–220 grit sandpaper is typically recommended before applying primer. Always use a compatible automotive-grade primer and paint for best results. Dry fit all parts before paint — painted fenders are non-returnable.

Why it matters:

The gel coat seals and smooths the surface, making paint adhesion better and helping your final finish look flawless. It's just one more reason our fenders are built for customizers, show trucks, and serious truckers who want it done right.
