Available in 91-inch or 99-inch lengths (approximately 4 inches longer than stock Peterbilt 379 front fenders), this medium side option delivers improved lower tire protection while maintaining correct hood clearance and classic long-nose 379 styling. Designed for trucks running standard 22.5 wheel setups common on Class 8 Peterbilt 379 models.
