Available in 91-inch or 99-inch lengths (approximately 4 inches longer than stock Peterbilt 359 front fenders), this medium side option delivers improved lower tire protection while maintaining correct hood clearance and classic long-nose 359 styling. Designed for trucks running standard 22.5 wheel setups common on Class 8 Peterbilt 359 models.
